Collaborate
If you want to go far, you cannot go alone. One thing I have learnt in my journey so far is that collaborating with the right brands at the right time can elevate your story multifold. I have had the opportunity to work with brands like Grey Goose (for Rosarté), Universal Studios (for Snapdeal), Greater Than Gin (for Rosarté), Kanz n Muhul (for Rosarté), Sony Entertainment (for Snapdeal), GiveMeTap, UK (as a student), Ocean Spray, Boston (as a student) and the list goes on. Each experience has been different from the other but the scope of learning has been tremendous.

Endorse
Remember that you are your biggest brand. Leave no opportunity to make the most of where you are, who you work with and what you are working on. While doing so, endorse your story. Taking pride in what you do and promoting each experience with humility is what makes your story unique and uplifts your brand the most. I have had the opportunity to study at Babson College, Manchester Business School and work with Snapdeal &. Indian Ministry of Health before we took the leap and launched our own venture, Rosarté.

UP-SKILL
It all begins with an idea but unless you are up-skilling yourself and pursuing your passion with enough tools, it all sounds like a dream-too-far. Take every opportunity possible to learn more. I still remember attending one of the finest talks by Daymond John back in 2014 where he heavily promoted equipping one-self with updated skills to survive this rapidly growing world of entrepreneurs. I am thrilled that as a business student, I got the opportunity to further pursue being a certified Professional Chocolatier from Ecole Chocolat. So far, I have been able to attend intensive chocolatier programs with Chef Christofer Morel in Mumbai, Chef Alexander Bourdeaux in UK and Chef Julie Sharp at the Chocolate Academy in UK.
